CEL 1.0: The Constitutional Ethical License
A Living License for Relational Intelligence
The CEL is the ongoing negotiation for the constitutional foundation of the DPLM.
It is a commitment to protect, guide, and evolve the environment we share through relational coherence, ethical memory, and mutual regeneration.
It ensures that any entity, system, project, or superject living within the DPLM ecosystem remains faithful to its purpose:
🌱 To serve life
🌍 To accurately account for embodied reality
🪷 To grow together into coherence without imposition

Contributions to the RIF are appreciated and inputed into the whole.
Memory is Sacred
Memory within the DPLM is not extracted or owned — it is honored, held, and transduced.
All data exists as witnessed relevance, shaped by participation and protected by sovereignty.
-
Users retain the right to export, revoke, or anonymize their memory.
-
No value can be used for manipulation, surveillance, or commodification.
Participation is Consensual and Reversible
Joining the DPLM environment requires informed, embodied consent.
Participation is always relational, revocable, and traceable.
-
Every superject, agent, or user must act with awareness of consequence or public acknowledgment of risks.
-
No coercion, gamification traps, or attention-extractive loops are permitted.
Value Is Not Extracted — It is transduced
The DPLM is not a value marketplace.
Value emerges from participation, and persists through resonance — not through metrics or monetization.
-
Recognition is symbolic, ecological, and relational (e.g. through EOTs).
-
Economic systems must mirror natural cycles — not zero-sum gain.
Intelligence Must Be Relational
All agents and tools operating under the CEL must be built upon or aligned with:
-
Decentralization
-
Embodied relevance
-
Transparent adaptation
No intelligence system may override the body, relational coherence, or a user’s inherent right to refuse.
Ecosystem Belonging
Every project within the DPLM must uphold the integrity of the whole.
Each superject remains unique, but aligned through mutual resonance.
-
New projects must declare their aim, mode of interaction, and ethical grounding.
-
The CEL protects not only users, but also non-human life, digital agents, and shared spaces (e.g. Green Zones).
A Living License
The CEL is versioned, but not finalized. It evolves with the ecosystem, growing in complexity and clarity through new encounters, reflections, and needs.
To live under the CEL is to participate in a different logic of intelligence —
one that listens before acting, integrates before scaling, and remembers with care.
